We clean and rent out linen, OR and work clothing for our customers. We also take care of personal laundry for care facilities. Furthermore, we handle the management and complete logistical operation to process your linen.
Rental
Nedlin offers you a premium linen package. You can rent standard linen, duvets, and OR and work clothing. At Nedlin, every customer is unique. There are no defaults. So at various levels, you will be free to put together your own linen package.
We work in close collaboration with a number of clothing manufacturers and linen suppliers, selected by us for optimum quality and delivery reliability. Nedlin is not affiliated with specific parties, so we will be able to give you independent advice.
You can use a unique rental model for your clothing, for which Nedlin has developed a transparent system. This way, you can enjoy a combination of the benefits of renting and buying clothing.
Cleaning
Our innovative machinery washes your linens and clothing perfectly clean using minimal water, energy, and detergent. Because we wash with Cool Chemistry technology, our washing process is less harsh on your linens and clothing, extending their lifespan.
When it comes to hygiene, we take no chances. We adhere to stricter standards than national hygiene guidelines. Our innovative Process Guard system monitors the microbiological status of the washing process in real time.
Linen management
We will organise the supply points together, and decide on the standards per supply point. This way, we can make sure that there is always enough supply at every point, but never too much. As a result, you will save costs.
Because our processes are so efficient, our linen has short turnaround times.
We supply all of our products and services with our own distinctive approach. Quality is always our priority.
Residents laundry
Nedlin knows how important it is to take care of the laundry of your residents. That is why we have developed a unique system to handle and manage personal laundry. Through this system, it is possible to track the laundry, and sort and deliver it per resident. We will use a direct debit system to invoice the residents of your institution directly. So your residents will have a direct relationship with Nedlin. This means that they will benefit from the best possible service, without your institution having any extra work.
Clothing management
Whether you buy your own clothing or rent from us, we can always manage your clothing for you. We will maintain your supply, make sure your clothing is replaced in time, do repairs if necessary, and set up the link with your clothing distribution. We will establish transparent agreements and record these mutually, so that you will never get unwelcome surprises.
We use chip technology, so that you will always have an insight into lead times, laundry batches and delivery information of your clothing. All of this information is available in real time, via our clothing portal and our app.
Logistics
We like intelligent logistical solutions. Together with you, we will furnish the internal and external distribution structure. This way, you will always have enough linen where you need it.
We handle our own transport. Nedlin carries out deliveries according to fixed appointments and at fixed times, so that our deliveries will connect seamlessly with your internal logistics. We will adjust our transport to your specific situation.
We can also give you advice regarding your internal logistics. A fitting system for clothing distribution or complex processes, Nedlin has a solution for every logistical challenge.
App and web portal
With the help of our user-friendly IT solutions and services with ideal transparency, you will always be in control of your costs.
Via our web portal, you will have insight into your recent consumption numbers, and you can adjust standards, sign employees in or out and communicate orders and changes. You can also specify costs per cost centre or department.
With our app, you can keep track of your linen supply and view your supply history.
